What is Dynamic Sitting?
Dynamic sitting transforms sitting from a static posture or position to an activity with frequent changes of postures or subtle movements. We generally mistake sitting for a static state, a resting position of sorts for the body so that we can engage in a different activity – speaking, eating, reading, typing and more.
Benefits of Low Sitting
Low sitting is an "incidental" workout -
You don't need to make the time, wear special workout clothes, go to the gym, buy equipment, pay an instructor...
Just a little awareness and you can move a fair amount of your daily activities to low sitting.
And for people who have a hard time with low sitting, FreeChair is the perfect solution!

"The FreeChair removes the rigid, static gravity compression that we experience from regular chairs. The FreeChair rocks forward and back allowing the pelvic cradle to rock. It allows the hips and pelvis to remain free. Brilliant!"
Theresa Gregory - Yoga Teacher (Canada )
"I use the FreeChair every day for my meditation practice. The FreeChair is an amazing invention and it can be used by all shapes and sizes. I eat dinner on my FreeChair as well and my hips (which have always been stubborn and tight) are finally opening up more.
I highly recommend all yogis, meditators and anyone with low back issues or tight hips to invest in a FreeChair ."
Kristin McGee – Yoga teacher (NY-USA)
